Cure Asthma
Are you tired of having asthma attacks and wish you could cure
asthma?
Before writing this article I actually had a minor attack and it was the first in a long time. If you are like me
you are controlling your symptoms with a combination of inhalers, puffers and various discs all containing asthma
medication. As you know they don't yet cure asthma... or do they? My asthma is so bad I even have a prescription
compressor with a mask at home so I don't have to make emergency visits to the hospital at 3 am
anymore.
The Internet is a wonderful place and I don't have to continually
rely on my doctor to provide or even be aware of all the latest changes in the world of asthma treatment. As
you know there are natural ways to cure ailments of all kinds and asthma is no different. You can learn to
control your symptoms without worrying about forgetting your medication.
Here's a great trick you can use when your nose gets all stuffed
up during and after having an Asthma attack:
This tip works great when you have a stuffed nose period so if you are sick or having allergic reactions, try
it will clear up your sinuses in no time flat. Take a deep breath, pinch your nose using your thumb and index
finger and hold as long as you can. Let go your breath, take a few small breathes and repeat. You should have
noticed at least one of your nostrils clearing up after the first try, all it should take is three or four more
rounds to clear up your sinuses. One of the side effects of having an asthma attack is the swelling and a full
blown sinus attack, this trick helps you deal with clearing your sinuses so you have an easier time
breathing.
Stop relying on your medication, get up and get active by changing your diet, your lifestyle, your environment. I
know am able to go hiking with my children and even had a quick game of soccer (that's football to my European
friends).
If you spend money on
Asthma medication you owe it to yourself to investigate all the opportunities available in the world to cure
asthma.
